Guidelines for Paper Presenters

  1. A few days before the conference, the presenter of each article must send an email (with the title: YEF-ECE – Presenter of Paper ID) to yef-ece@uninova.pt with the name and affiliation of the presenter.
  2. Each YEF-ECE oral paper presentation should take 15 minutes (max.), followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
  3. Please upload the presentation, in PDF or PPT format, to the computers available in the rooms before the corresponding session.
